One flat rate, quick dispatch, and tracking on every order—here’s exactly how it works.
Shipping is a flat $17.95 via USPS Priority Mail on every order, no matter the size of your bag. The rate is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 4–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend begin processing the next business day.
Once your order leaves us, USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary during peak periods and holidays.
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you created an account, you can also find tracking under My Account. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to begin updating.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. At this time we’re unable to ship to addresses outside the mainland US, including PO-restricted freight destinations. We provide shipping to standard residential and business addresses only.
If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, give it 24–48 hours—carriers occasionally scan early. If it still hasn’t arrived, email hello@bettertomorrowlife.com with your order number and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier and make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Reach us at hello@bettertomorrowlife.com right after ordering if you spot a mistake—if it hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually fix it.
